Each month, your family will receive a printed Letter from Momo with a little adventure, a mini-story featuring friends from the Lamplighter stories, and an activity to enjoy together. Open it at the kitchen table, settle into a cozy reading spot, and make a little room for imagination.

Questions and Timing

Is this physical mail or a digital download?

This is a printed letter and activity mailed to your delivery address. Digital Letter bundles are separate products for families who prefer to download and print at home. See more below or visit the Kids Club page.

Do I need to be in Kids Club?

No! Physical Letters from Momo are a separate subscription. Kids Club includes digital Letters and other digital benefits; it does not include this mailed subscription.

What is the usual monthly rhythm?

We mail one new letter near the end of each month. Letters usually arrive near month-end or early the following month. Payment dates and mailing dates are separate.

When am I charged?

Your first payment is charged when you subscribe, and your subscription renews monthly from signup. Each successful payment reserves a different monthly letter. Because we mail in batches, a subscription started after the signup cutoff may renew before its first letter arrives. That next payment reserves the following letter; it does not pay for the same letter twice. Your upcoming payment date is available in your subscription details.

How do I cancel or update my address?

Use Manage my Letters subscription to cancel future renewals or update your subscription’s delivery details. Cancel before your next payment to stop that renewal. An issue already paid for remains scheduled unless a refund or cancellation of that issue is separately confirmed. For a letter you have already paid for, please also contact us about an address change before the mailing cutoff so we can check the order before production.

Are the letters personalized?

Families receive the same monthly story and activity. The mailing name and address tell us where to send the envelope; the story is not individually personalized. For different delivery addresses, place separate subscriptions.

I received the old letters. Do I need to sign up again?

Yes. Please start a new subscription and enter your current mailing address. A past purchase does not automatically restart a subscription or authorize new charges.

My letter has not arrived. What should I do?

Please contact us at lamplighterkids@gmail.com with your order number and the grown-up’s checkout email so we can help check the mailing. Postal arrival dates vary.

Letters from Momo Digital Bundles

Bring Momo’s forest adventures into your family’s reading and quiet-time rhythm. Each printable Letter from Momo includes an illustrated story from his forest life, a virtue-centered example, a simple activity page, and ideas families can try together.

Choose from three 12-Letter collections or a 9-Letter holiday collection. Download instructions are sent to the adult email address used at checkout. No physical item is shipped.

How it works

  • 1. A grown-up chooses a bundle and completes checkout.

  • 2. Download instructions are sent to the adult email used at checkout.

  • 3. Save the files to a computer, phone, or tablet.

  • 4. Print the Letters and activity pages your family wants to use.

Some bundles may be delivered as ZIP files. They are often easiest to download and open on a computer. For help with a missing or inaccessible file, contact Lamplighter Kids with the order number and adult checkout email.
