A subscription service means that, once you sign up, you will be automatically charged the agreed upon price ($10/month for Letters from Momo or $5/month for digital Letters from Momo) every month until cancellation.

All Letters from Momo are mailed out on the 25th of every month. If you subscribe by the 15th of any month, you will be sent your Letter from Momo on the 25th of that month. If you sign up after the 15th, your Letter from Momo will be shipped out the next month on the 25th. Example: If you sign up on September 10th, your first Letter from Momo will be shipped out on September 25th. If you sign up on September 18th, your first Letter from Momo will be shipped out on October 25th.

Yes, we do! To help with postage, we charge $1 extra per letter when shipping outside of the US (so the total comes to $11/month).

If you subscribe to Letters from Momo shortly after the 15th of any month, it is possible that you may be charged twice before you receive your first Letter (since you need to sign up before the 15th in order to get your Letter shipped out that month). Please rest assured! You will always receive as many Letters from Momo as you are charged for. If you have questions about this, feel free to reach out.

Yes! Letters from Momo is a perfect gift for a little Lamplighter fan. If you want to send Letters from Momo to a friend or family member with a different address, simply follow the promps to subscribe and put their address under the "Shipping Address". Easy as that!

Please know that you can cancel your subscription at any time! Our system occasionally experiences glitches (despite our best efforts to fix it!) so if you have any problems cancelling just send us an email at lamplighterkids@gmail.com and we're happy to take care of it for you. You can cancel your subscription here: https://lamplighterkids.com/apps/manage-subscription. Click the above web address and then your email address and click “get OTP”. OTP stands for One Time Password which will be delivered to your email inbox. Once you get your OTP (it can take up to a couple minutes), copy and paste it into the box given. This will bring you to your subscription management page! Once your on your management page, press the “Show Details” button. Press the blue edit icon next to “Status” and select “Cancel”

Your Letters from Momo subscription comes with two colorful and fun letters in each envelope (shipped out once-a-month). The main Letter from Momo will contain a story from Momo’s life on the front, as well as either a biography of a real person or a new story with a beloved Lamplighter character on back. The back will also give the children ideas for how they can practice that virtue in their own lives. The other sheet in the envelope contains a fun activity, usually revolving around the virtue that is taught in Momo’s letter. The activity sheet is generally created for multiple children to enjoy so that you don’t need to purchase more than 1 Letter from Momo each month.

Your digital Letters from Momo subscription comes with the same pages as the snail mail letter, but it's sent digitally via email for you to print at home. Each month you will be emailed two colorful and fun letters (in PDF format). The main Letter from Momo will contain a story from Momo’s life on the front, as well as either a biography of a real person or a new story with a beloved Lamplighter character on back. The back will also give the children ideas for how they can practice that virtue in their own lives. The other paper contains a fun activity sheet, usually revolving around the virtue that is taught in Momo’s letter. The activity sheet is generally created for multiple children to enjoy so that you don’t need to purchase more than 1 Letter from Momo each month.

Unfortunately, our system is not very helpful when you want to change your payment system (despite our best efforts to fix it)! If you need to change your payment system for any reason, the best thing to do is to cancel and resubscribe with the new card. If you need help with this we are always happy to help! One of the first things I decided when starting Lamplighter Kids Stories was that I didn't want outside ads on my podcast. I wanted my stories to focus on just that... the stories! This conviction has definitely been tried as my audience has grown, but I still want kids to have a pure experience, especially since they get enough ads everywhere else in life. I hope you enjoy your ad-free experience with my podcast!

No fear! We are happy to help you if you didn't receive your Letter from Momo. Before anything, please read the first question on this FAQ page ("When should I expect my first Letter from Momo to arrive") and make sure that you understand what month your first letter is expected to arrive. If you were still supposed to get a letter and haven't, please send us an email at lamplighterkids@gmail.com. If your Letter from Momo got lost in the mail, we are happy to either send you another one or reimburse you for that month!

Your Jerome's Journey purchase is fulfilled directly by the publishing company. They say it can take 7-10 days to ship, but unfortunately I've experience it taking longer at times! If you haven't received your books by 3 weeks past purchase order, please email us at lamplighterkids@gmail.com and we can check your order status. Once in awhile things get lost somewhere in the publisher's system and if that's case we are happy to ship you another book at no cost.

If you are unsatisfied in any way with Letters from Momo, Jerome's Journey, or our merchandise, we are happy to reimburse you! For Letters from Momo & digital Letters from Momo, we will reimburse you the full amount right away. For Jerome's Journey and our merchandise, we will reimburse you the full amount once we receive the product back. Feel free to email us at lamplighterkids.com to request a reimbursement!

I apologize for the delay that can sometimes occur when you write to me! Lamplighter Kids Podcast, Letters from Momo, and everything else on this website is run solely by me (Rebecca) and is not my full-time job.
