Meet Logan Mann
One of the most important parts of bringing Lamplighter stories to the screen was finding an artist who understood what makes them feel different.
Meet Logan Mann, Lamplighter’s animator and visual artist, and my friend.
From the moment we connected, it was clear that we shared the same heart for this project: to create something genuinely meaningful for children.
When I asked Logan what he wanted families to know about him, his one request was that I mention Abby, his best friend and wife. That simple request says something lovely about the person behind the art.
Stories made with care
We did not want to add to the fast-paced, overstimulating media environment children already live in. We wanted the images to move with the natural pace of each story, with warmth, beauty, stillness, and room for imagination.
Logan develops the visual worlds and characters, creates the artwork, and animates these stories with remarkable care. I have loved watching simple sketches and storyboards become places that feel alive, and I cannot wait to share more of what we are creating with your family.
